- As a Senior Fund Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our SPV clients throughout the lifecycle of their investment vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Manage post-closing events for Sydecar's SPV products including transfers of interest, conversions, and realizations
- Ensure standardization across the team by developing thoughtful, repeatable standard operating procedures
- As a team, we rise to meet challenges and recognize that we become stronger and develop character when facing adversity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Fund Accountant position
- Strong understanding of venture capital/private equity structures and operations.
- Proficiency in US GAAP
- High proficiency with Excel
- Experience working in a technology-driven organization
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
