About the role
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Specialist to join our first shift team in Fairfield, Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Perform tear-down, inspection, and root cause failure analysis of compressor air ends Clean, de-burr, polish, and restore rotors, cylinders, and end plates Reassemble compressor air ends according to OEM specifications and tolerances Use precision measurement tools for component verification Complete work orders, inspection reports, and rebuild documentation Prepare parts lists and estimate repair times Identify and resolve mechanical or process issues Support shop operations, including equipment maintenance, rentals, and general shop duties Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized environment Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Pay:
- Candidates must have pipe fitter experience and a commitment to safety and quality.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a pipe fitter is required Experience in mechanical inspection, repair, or maintenance preferred Strong attention to detail and quality standards
