Responsibilities
- The role emphasizes curriculum development, assessment of student performance, and student advising and retention to support academic success.
- Leadership, faculty, and staff strive to address inequities within our system by examining programming, policies, facilities, and operations that create barriers to student success in and out of the classroom.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an institution approved by the Council on Academic Accreditation.
- The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.
- Some on-campus work is required.

- Experience in training or teaching college-level courses.
- Ability to work with a student body with a broad range of interests and abilities.
- Ability to work as a positive team member.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and strong public speaking or presentation skills.

- STARTING DATE: August 18, 2026 (approximate)
- APPOINTMENT: Full-Time, Unlimited
- $53,362 - $71,893 (annual base salary)

- How is Faculty Salary Determined?
- The Campus HR office cannot guarantee an annual salary for faculty.
- Therefore, when a new faculty member accepts a job offer, they do so understanding that, initially, they will be placed at the minimum salary for that position.
