About the role
- Simply put, wherever you find small businesses, you'll find ERGO NEXT.
- This is a highly visible and cross-functional position with the primary goal of delivering best-in-class products to small businesses in multiple verticals.
- These scams may involve fake job postings, unsolicited emails, or messages claiming to be from our recruiters or hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap
- Partner closely with multiple teams including Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Compliance, Customer Operations, and Legal
Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing technical products from ideation to successful launch
- Insurtech, fintech, regtech or experience with regulated products
- Proven experience in using data driven methods in decision making and strong analysis skills
- Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership

- Experience with insurance preferred
