Nice to have

  • Helps to analyze & compare proposals for potential property management, leasing and construction contracts.
  • Assists with researching and analyzing operating strategies within a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market.
  • Prepares financial analysis/modeling to assess current and projected performance of property investments.
  • Research current issues impacting the real estate management business that may affect the company's portfolio.
  • Compiles information on current real estate market conditions for submarkets in which assets are located.
  • University (Degree) Preferred
  • No Experience Required
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or related field

Compensation

  • $80,000/yr - $100,000/yr
  • Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
  • In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
