About the role
- Operators will be responsible for producing RFID labels and smart tracking products while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy.
- This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can follow detailed processes, and take pride in producing high-quality products in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Load materials, monitor production runs, and perform basic equipment adjustments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support inventory movement and material handling as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or machine operator experience preferred
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Nice to have
- Experience working with automated or semi-automated equipment
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes
- Basic computer skills and experience entering production data
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 35 pounds
