- This role is responsible for coordinating, ensuring material delivery meets with schedule timelines.
Responsibilities
- Support logistics operations by optimizing workflow staging as necessary.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of system data in collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to align with demands and schedules.
- Collaborate with engineers and the planning team on the release of runs.
- Generate and maintain reports highlighting requirements, milestones, and limitations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with schedulers, and managers to fulfill action requirements.
- Using an incremental, hardware-rich and low-cost approach, Vast is rapidly developing its multi-module Haven Station.
- Haven Demo's 2025 success made Vast the only operational commercial space station company to fly and operate its own spacecraft.
- Vast is looking for a Manufacturing Coordinator, 2nd shift, reporting to the Supervisor,Integration, to support Haven-1 Manufacturing within the Integration team.
- You'll be working cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to maintain production flow and resolve any blockers proactively.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted.
Nice to have
- Preferred Skills & Experience:
Skills
- 2+ years of experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- 2+ years of Smartsheet.
- Highly detail oriented and self starter.
- Forklift experience.
Compensation
- Pay Range: California
- Base salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand.
