Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that support positive patient outcomes
- Perform initial nursing evaluations and ongoing reassessments as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Identify and report safety concerns and implement appropriate interventions
- Support quality care initiatives and organizational standards
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
