About the role

- Position Description: The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Alberta locations.
- Report on key performance indicators for production on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
- The position will develop processes that will maximize safety, quality and productivity.
- Cascade strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction that drive results.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and planning to optimize plant effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with EHS on permits and licenses as per provincial requirements.
- Lead impactful cost reduction initiatives across all areas of manufacturing by enhancing line efficiency, waste control, and higher labor productivity.
- Central Moloney/CamTran may use HR technology tools within our applicant tracking system to help manage applications.
Requirements
- Possess a strong understanding of Lean principles and their application within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Degree is considered an asse
