The Customer Operations organization is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Symboti c's robotic material handling system.
Symbotic reinvents the warehouse as a strategic asset for the world's largest retail, wholesale, and food & beverage companies.

Troubleshoot system stoppages and determine best course of action to maintain system up-time.
Communicate with tier support to drive system production.
Ability to multi-task and perform multiple job functions at once.

Minimum of 3 years in a computer or automation environment desired.
Ability to direct and guide employees daily standard work.
Must be literate, written and verbal, in English Language.
Must be capable of working in temperatures ranging from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit.
Frequent ability to safely and efficiently lift items weighing up to 50lbs and move items weighing up to 80lbs.
Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours and is frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is routinely required to work at heights of up to 45 feet and within restrictive areas of 24 inches. to stand

The base range for this position in the posted location is $25.50 - $28.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What we need
Symbotic is currently seeking a talented Automat ion System Operator who would be responsible for monitoring the operation of our automated material handling system, while coordinating on-site troubleshooting efforts and escalating complex issues to internal subject matter experts.
