About the role

  • As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization by assisting the executive with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities across various departments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Event and Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, fashion shows, product launches, and other promotional activities.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to the executive by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel logistics, and organizing meetings.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses on behalf of the executive.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to support the executive in making informed business decisions.
  • Compile data, create reports, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Office Management: Maintain an organized and efficient office environment by managing supplies, equipment, and office vendors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
