About the role
- Executive dinners and networking experiences
- This is not an "event coordinator" role.
- We are looking for a builder and operator who can execute at a high level with urgency, creativity, professionalism, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Own TouchCare's full event strategy and execution calendar
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Leadership, and Revenue Operations teams
- Drive pipeline generation, engagement, and brand visibility through events
- Create scalable event processes and operational workflows
- Manage pre/post-event communication, reporting, and ROI analysis
- Track pipeline impact, lead conversion, attendance, engagement, and event performance
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of B2B event marketing or event management experience
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $80,000- 120,000 based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
