This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from our office in Berkeley, CA 3+ days per week.

Own the Electromechanical component category, and build and maintain partnerships with our strategic suppliers to support our next-gen energy storage system scale-up
Act as the primary contact with suppliers on contract and pricing negotiations, development and production lead times, escalations and resolution
Drive commercial cost negotiations with suppliers based on cost-models and analyses of current market conditions to ensure Form receives best-in-class pricing
Collaborate closely with Form's Leadership, Supply Chain, Engineering and Strategic Supply teams to define and drive execution of Form's Systems sourcing strategy
experience presenting clear recommendations to leadership to drive strategic and operational decision making
Own the Electromechanical component category, and build and maintain partnerships with our strategic suppliers to support our next-gen energy storage system scale-up; the Electromechanical category includes complex electrical control panels (i.e. UL508A style), integrated skids & custom power electronic equipment, etc.
Excellent communication skills; experience presenting clear recommendations to leadership to drive strategic and operational decision making
