About the role
- The Project Controls Manager is responsible for managing all project controls activities including planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting across Data Center projects.
- Strong background in cost control, planning/scheduling, and earned value management.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in project controls within large-scale construction or industrial projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship. #LI-BB1.

Nice to have
- Professional certification such as AACE CCP, PSP, or PMI-SP is preferred Experience with Primavera P6 and advanced Excel / Power BI reporting tools is strongly recommended.
- Prior experience delivering large-scale data center facilities for major technology clients is highly preferred.
