About the role
- About JHub JHub is the dynamic new subsidiary of UJA Federation of Greater Toronto that brings together immersive Israel and Jewish experiences.
- With a diverse portfolio of programming for all ages, JHub strengthens lifelong Jewish connection, shapes strong identities, and inspires a sense of belonging.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver scheduled workshops, seminars, and retreats in alignment with the Diller program framework
- Facilitate group discussions and activities that support leadership development and community engagement
- Support the planning and execution of local and international program components, including logistics and participant preparation
- Facilitate and support a cohort of approximately 20 teen participants throughout the program year
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and ongoing support to participants in a group setting
- Support the involvement of junior counselors, interns, and volunteers participating in program delivery
- Support the recruitment process for each program cycle, including outreach, application coordination, and interview scheduling
- Maintain relationships with schools, community groups, and partner organizations that support participant recruitment
- Maintain regular communication with program participants, families, and community partners
- Coordinate with the international Diller network and Israeli program partners on program delivery components
Requirements
- Experience facilitating group programs, workshops, or youth engagement initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with teens and families
- Familiarity with the local Jewish community is an asset
- Basic knowledge of Hebrew and/or familiarity with Israeli culture is an asset
- Support ongoing communication with internal teams and external stakeholders as required

- The manager will oversee the program locally and report to the Director of School Age and Teen Programs at JHub.
Compensation
- $65,000-$73,000 annually, based on experience.
