About the role
- Our solution uses advanced machine learning to automate traditionally time-consuming takeoff tasks, helping estimators work up to 80% faster while reducing costly errors.
Responsibilities
- Deliver focused training sessions tailored to trade-specific workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials including user guides and video tutorials.
- Host regular "Office Hours" to support customer engagement and address questions.
- Proactively engage new users to drive adoption and surface potential roadblocks early.
- Partner with Customer Support to track, report, and resolve onboarding issues or bugs.
Requirements
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor content to different user personas.
- This role requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to evolving product features.
- Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, training, or support, ideally in a SaaS or technical environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the construction or building technology industry a plus
- Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in creating training content and documentation.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product, support, and success teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in construction tech or working with AEC clients is a plus
