- What This Role Involves As a Delivery Driver for E4 Ops, you'll operate a company-provided Ford Transit or RAM ProMaster while delivering Amazon packages to homes and businesses.
Responsibilities
- E4 Ops, LLC is a rapidly growing Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Mankato, Minnesota.
- Lead Driver / Safety Mentor
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license (no CDL required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- 21 years or older.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and enter/exit a van 200+ times per day.
- Weekend availability is required for most roles
Compensation
- Base rate: $21.00/hour
- High performers: up to $29.00/hour
- Bi-weekly direct deposit
- Paid training + overtime after 40 hours
- 401(k) with employer match (coming soon)
