About the role

  • This position works closely with leadership to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the training and development of department trainers across all shifts.
  • Standardize, maintain, and improve training materials and work instructions.
  • Identify training gaps and implement corrective coaching strategies.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze team and trainer performance metrics.
  • Use data to drive improvements in productivity, accuracy, and training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve fulfillment processes and implement lean/5S principles.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • The Lead Trainer is a key leadership role responsible for developing and overseeing training programs within dōTERRA's Fulfillment Center.
  • This individual is dedicated to training and coaching the trainers, maintaining and improving standard work instructions, and helping teams implement and track key performance metrics.
  • In addition to providing hands-on support in daily operations, the Lead Trainer drives consistency in training, ensures alignment with company goals, and fosters a high-performance, team-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience with KPI's and their many uses, warehouse management systems, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and understand complex business dynamics.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various levels of staff and customers (internal and external).
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a competitive drive.
  • Moderate computer skills.
