About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy.
  • Bring energy, creativity, and passion - Using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth.
  • Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child's growth.
  • Have accessibility to reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance and be able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old and hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • High School or Associate's Degree: $17.05 - $23.00 per hour
  • That's why we provide you with fully paid comprehensive training to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - That means no prior experience is required!

Compensation

  • Up to 3 RBT exam and annual renewal fees are covered!
