About the role
- Invenergy is North America's largest privately held developer, owner, and operator of power infrastructure.
- This position will be open for application for at least 3 calendar days from the posting date.

Responsibilities
- Support compilation of standard contract documents so that they are consistently and properly used within all RFPs and EPC contracts executed by Invenergy's renewable project management team.
- Support multiple initiatives related to contract process improvement aimed at minimizing risk during EPC contracting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in contract negotiations to support timely contract executions for multiple projects at any given time.
- Support in the change management process for EPC contract templates and the maintenance of a standard contract documents library.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, legal, or a related technical or legal discipline.
- 4+ years of professional experience in project management, energy-industry engineering, construction, and/or contracting of large-scale projects.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years in a role exposed to the development and execution of EPC contracts.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Excellent teamwork, collaborative leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills which extend across all organizational and management levels.
- Desire to work in a dynamic environment alongside people with multiple interests and backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of integrity and understanding of ethical industry standards.
- Experience in the power and/or renewable energy industry.

Compensation
- $108,000.00 - $124,000.00 USD Annual
- The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.
- Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
- In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
