About the role

Requirements
- 5+ yrs of Commercial Banking Experience in a C&I environment.
- 5+ yrs experience in loan documentation and relevant Uniform Code and Bankruptcy considerations.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Adaptability to a high paced and challenging work environment.
- Highly developed at persuasively presenting the Bank's thoughts and position to gain consensus and execute proposed solutions to remedy substandard and non-performing credits.
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Excellent time management skills.

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $164,000- $215,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings (if applicable).
- Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
