About the role
- You will serve as the onboard ambassador for the service, helping riders feel comfortable with the technology while monitoring vehicle systems and ensuring cohesive and safe daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and informative environment for passengers using the autonomous shuttle service.
- Provide clear feedback on system performance and operation issues to the engineering teams to support continuous improvement of the service.
- Operational Support
- Maintain real-time communications with the Beep Command Center to report system status and coordinate operational responses.
- Support testing activities or software updates by documenting observations and operational feedback.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with 3-5 years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screening.
- You'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge autonomous technology while playing a vital role in introducing this innovation to communities.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues as required.
