About the role
- Job Description DPR Construction is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Office Coordinator to join our Dallas team.
- The primary responsibilities of the Office Coordinator include managing daily operations of the office and supporting the planning and execution of company events within the Dallas Business Unit and across the project sites.

Responsibilities
- General Office & Administrative Support
- Responsible for General Administrative duties to maintain an organized, efficient, well-maintained and welcoming office environment.
- Orders, stocks, and maintains inventory of office supplies, drinks, snacks.
- Supports meeting logistics including placing food and catering orders, room set up, and general support for scheduled meetings or trainings.
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries and scans documents to appropriate parties.
- Manages basic facility needs including conference room scheduling system, and communicates issues to building management when necessary.
- Supports event communications including digital signage and printing and distributing of promotional materials.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or customer facing support roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
- Must be able to anticipate needs and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to travel by car to off-site company events and local job sites when necessary.
- Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook. Experience with Canva is a plus.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to be in office Monday thru Friday with the flexibility to adjust hours occasionally to support various events when needed.

- The preferred candidate will have previous administrative, office support and event planning experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks and creatively solve problems while exercising discretion.
- Event coordination / party planning experience is preferred.
- Experience with Canva is a plus.
