- Monitor and maintain each assigned driver.

Skills
- Experience with customer service or operations support.
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Detail Oriented
- Able to multitask in a high-paced environment
- Strong verbal and technical written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to type 35+ wpm minimum
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Compensation
- $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
- The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
- The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.

- We are hiring an Operations Support in Indianapolis!
- Monday through Friday 12:00pm to 8:00pm
- The Operations Support role is responsible for assisting the manager with daily planning and monitoring of the overall finance operations of paid transportation.
- Work closely with warehouse staff and provide support for customer payments and hauler settlements.

- Essential Duties and
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resolve billing issues with Operations.
- Review, research, and resolve Missing POD's.
- Receive, research, process, and track driver ATD's.
- Receive, review, process, track returns.
- Routing/Attaching outbound shipments
- Quoting new shipments
- Communicate with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
- Other duties and tasks assigned as requested.
- High Volume Data Entry
- Assist with customer service issues as they arise.
- Follow-up with Operations with billing-related issues.
