About the role

Responsibilities

  • Our core product is an operating system (OS) for telcos that manages billing, operations, automation and everything in between.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam) and comfort using AI tools in your workflow (e.g., Claude) alongside user testing tools.
  • Experience planning and running research (interviews, usability testing) and using insights to iterate.
  • Familiarity with mixed-method research, experimentation (A/B testing), and agile product development.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, highly iterative environments where ideas evolve through open dialogue and shared work.
