Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for AI-powered agent enablement tools and consumer-facing product experiences.
  • Improve agent performance with internal tools for coaching, follow-up, and lead nurture.
  • Drive consumer conversion across key website pages and user flows using A/B testing, funnel optimization, and insights from behavioral data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and analytics to ship high-impact product experiences.
  • Identify pain points in the client journey and develop solutions that improve communication and collaboration between agents, consumers, and partners.
  • Leverage experimentation, user research, and data to iterate quickly and validate assumptions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
  • Experience optimizing conversion funnels, leading A/B tests, or improving digital consumer journeys.

Nice to have

  • Passion for AI and its practical applications-prior AI experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

  • $140,000.00 - $160,000.00, b a se pay will vary depending on several factors, such as the position, location, qualifications of the individual, market conditions, and other operational business requirements.
  • Range is dependent on the leveling process during the interview process.
