Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supplies, pantry inventory, and workplace amenities
  • Coordinate relationships with vendors, service providers, building management, and maintenance teams.
  • Manage office-related invoices, ensuring timely submission and tracking for payment.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and external partners
  • Own and maintain the daily studio calendar, coordinating meetings, shoots, events, and internal activities across teams.
  • Support leadership and department heads with meeting coordination and logistical planning across the daily office itinerary.
  • Partner with leadership and HR on onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, welcome coordination, first-day preparations) and other special projects that support a positive workplace experience.
  • Maintain office supplies, pantry inventory, and workplace amenities; oversee meeting spaces, common areas, and employee workspaces.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and external partners; coordinate office logistics for internal meetings, team gatherings, and company initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, studio coordination, or a similar administrative role, ideally within a media, creative agency, or lifestyle brand environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Comfort using standard workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar management platforms, and other tools specific to the teams and region.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, administration or other related fields is preferred.
  • previous experience supporting content production, photo/video shoots, or studio operations is a plus.
  • Passion for contemporary culture, streetwear, or the creative industries
