About the role
- Coaches and advises senior and executive leaders on progressive discipline, performance improvement plans, and termination decisions, ensuring actions are documented, consistent, and policy aligned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of progressive HR or Employee Relations experience including demonstrated expertise in complex workplace investigations and high-risk separation scenarios.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment law with the ability to apply legal frameworks independently.
- Proven track record coaching and influencing senior leaders through complex disciplinary, conduct, and organizational change matters.
Nice to have
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Compensation
- $83,109.00 - $120,508.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
