About the role

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
  • The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and coordinates the content of ongoing staff development and clinical training courses.
  • Establishes and maintains a documentation task force for ongoing documentation recommendations.
  • Lead a documentation task force to continuously improve documentation practices.

  • The employee regularly is required to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Employee will be required to drive daily for meetings and/or visits to residential homes.
