Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, provide exceptional customer service, and create a warm, polished, and welcoming experience from check-in through check-out.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure patients are kept on schedule throughout their visit.
- Process payments, assist with billing paperwork, maintain accurate patient records, and handle confidential information with care.
- Support daily office operations by maintaining the reception area, monitoring inventory, preparing patients for treatments as needed, and assisting the clinical team.
- Shewmake Plastic Surgery and The Skin Retreat are dedicated to helping clients uncover their truest selves, renew their confidence, and feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer facing experience.
- Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.
