- JOB PURPOSE: The Fabrication and Weld Production Manager d irects and oversees production activities and personnel, specific to the Fabrication and Weld departments, and directs manufacturing flow within the facility.

Responsibilities
- Develops, trains to, and enforces policies regarding safety requirements, company policies, and work procedures, production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
- Develops labor and capital plans to achieve schedule and budget requirements
- Leads daily production meeting and coordinates cross-functional department flow
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5 years Supervisory experience
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet time constraints and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be approachable and available
- Demonstrates expertise in interpersonal/oral communication and written skills

Compensation
- The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $93,000 - $135,900 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities.
