Your work will support venue marketing, communications, and event marketing initiatives ranging from clubs to stadium-level concerts across Canada.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of social content across venues, events, festivals, and brand campaigns
Coordinate and maintain content calendars, scheduling content, and managing publishing timelines across multiple platforms
Support community management by monitoring comments, messages, and customer inquiries, responding where appropriate and escalating issues as needed
Provide real-time social support during events, including content capture, posting, audience engagement, and issue escalation
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Director to execute content plans for key venues, events, and campaigns
Maintain organization across shared calendars, project management platforms, content trackers, and team documentation

1-2 years of experience working with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
While this is a 9:00 AM-5:00 PM in-office role, availability to work evenings and weekends is required to support concerts, festivals, and live events
Experience with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Sprout Social, Canva, Pulsar, Powerpoint and similar workplace tools is considered an asset
Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different brands and audiences
