About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join a fast-growing company in the merchant cash advance (MCA) industry. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a team of five operations professionals (three onshore and two offshore), optimize core business processes, and help scale the company's operational infrastructure in a fast-paced,
- high-growth environment. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five operations professionals. Oversee daily operations, including deal processing, payments, reporting, and workflow management. Manage operational systems, software integrations, and third-party vendors. Troubleshoot operational and system issues to ensure business continuity.

- Experience in the merchant cash advance (MCA), alternative lending, fintech, or similar financial services industry is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success improving processes and scaling operational functions.
