About the role
- Avocado is currently looking for a Customer Experience Associate I to be part of our Customer Experience team in Fullerton, CA!
- This is a non-exempt position, meaning it is hourly and you are entitled to overtime pay.
- Note on Location: You will be working on-site at our location in Fullerton, California or remotely in the united states of America.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues and interactions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of customer service is necessary for this position.
- Ability to accept and adjust accordingly to constructive feedback.
- Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.
- Stationary position: Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Move: This role involves moving throughout the office space to meet with different team members.
- Operate: Constantly operates a computer and other office machines such as printers and tablets.
- Communicate: This role frequently communicates with other team members to update on the status of a task and customers to help with any inconvenience on orders.

- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Great communicator.
Compensation
- Note on Pay Transparency: The pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.38 Hourly, plus potential monthly bonus.
