About the role
- The Regional Vice President, Charter Operations, is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, performance, compliance, and student outcomes of Acceleration Academies' charter school portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing academy leaders.
- Enrollment & Student Success Partner with academy leadership teams to achieve enrollment growth targets across the charter portfolio.
- Drive strategies that improve student retention, attendance, engagement, credit accumulation, and graduation outcomes.
- Monitor leading and lagging indicators of student success and implement interventions when performance falls below expectations.
- Ensure academy teams effectively execute student support, re-engagement, and persistence strategies.
- Collaborate with Enrollment, Student Services, and Academic teams to maximize student outcomes and organizational growth.
- Lead preparation for audits, monitoring reviews, charter renewals, and accountability evaluations.
- Develop systems and processes that support operational consistency and compliance across multiple states.
- Monitor compliance, operational, and academic risk areas and implement corrective actions as needed.
- This position works collaboratively with the RVP, Board Relations & Strategic Partnerships to support governing boards, authorizers, and strategic charter initiatives.
