  • Prepare financial analyses and presentations for the executive team, board, lenders, and investors.

Responsibilities

  • What You'll Own Strategic Finance & Executive Partnership Serve as the CEO's primary financial advisor and thought partner on capital allocation, forecasting, acquisitions, and the decisions that shape the company's direction.
  • Build financial models that sharpen capital allocation and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with the CEO on acquisition strategy and corporate development.
  • Support negotiations with founders, lenders, and strategic partners.
  • Build the financial case for investments that create long-term enterprise value.
  • Corporate Finance, Banking & Capital Own company-wide cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across entities and the seasonal cycle.
  • Lead all banking and lender relationships, and own investor/lender communication.
  • Partner with ownership on capital structure and financing strategy, and develop disciplined processes for evaluating capital expenditures and major investments.
  • Support KYC/ownership-structure requests, inter-company arrangements, and related corporate-finance matters.
  • Financial Planning & Operational Performance Build forecasting processes across both Mira Home and Grit Marketing.

Compensation
