About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with the SVP of Engineering and engineering leads to coordinate engineering project schedules and priorities.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, Gantt charts, and milestone tracking across multiple engineering initiatives.
- Manage and maintain project workflows within Agile project management tools (Jira, Shortcut, or similar).
- Support engineering leadership with capacity planning and resource tracking.
- Design and implement scalable processes for a growing engineering organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, technical program management, or engineering operations.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Shortcut, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Experience working within engineering or technical product development teams.
