About the role

The Engineering Project Coordinator will communicate engineering schedules with contract managers and sales teams to ensure company-wide alignment.

Partner with the SVP of Engineering and engineering leads to coordinate engineering project schedules and priorities.
Develop and maintain project timelines, Gantt charts, and milestone tracking across multiple engineering initiatives.
Manage and maintain project workflows within Agile project management tools (Jira, Shortcut, or similar).
Support engineering leadership with capacity planning and resource tracking.
Design and implement scalable processes for a growing engineering organization.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in project coordination, technical program management, or engineering operations.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Shortcut, Asana, or similar platforms.
Experience working within engineering or technical product development teams.
