Patients here are being seen for liver disease, which could result in a need for transplant.

Perform initial patient intake interview, register patient in EMR, submit for financial clearance, obtain outside records for review, create a work file for the coordinators, schedule all evaluation appointments and scan records into EMR.
Develop Selection Committee meeting agendas and d ocument meeting minutes.
Ensure administrative support is provided to various transplant team members.

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

You will be required to comply with this program, which will include obtaining an influenza vaccination on an annual basis or obtaining an approved exemption.
