About the role

Serán is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various capital projects from start to finish.
Projects range from renovations to complex equipment installations to ground up construction.
Successful candidates will be effective delegators, adept at identifying and prioritizing crucial aspects of the project and ensures the effective management of critical assets and skilled at problem solving with a team.

Including, but not limited to reviewing proposals, awarding bids, managing contracts, and allocating resources
Supervises each contractor and subcontractor to ensure that work is conducted at a high level of safety and quality
Thorough experience with facility systems including but are not limited to HVAC, compressed gases, water systems ( i.e. purified water, steam), electrical, and automation/controls plus monitoring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations related to the construction industry
Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays
Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems
Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings
