Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Channel, R&D) to prioritize initiatives that deliver consumer value and growth.
Inspire and lead a team focused on ideation, concept development, and delivering an outline for commercial success to internal stakeholders.
Able to lead multiple complex projects at one time and prioritize work and resources according to potential impact.

Define and manage the innovation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategies and key stakeholder needs.

Requirements

Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.
Change management expertise with experience in a matrix organization.
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

Compensation

$166,000.00 - $260,700.00 USD
Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
