About the role

  • Our teams take on challenging projects that keep communities safe, supply chains moving, and the country connected.
  • The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans.
  • Position duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control, safety checks, and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and quality management skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently

Nice to have

  • Coordinates materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
  • Hires additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly
  • Makes changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
  • Prevents scope "creep"
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant construction-related discipline, such as construction management or engineering
  • A minimum five (5) years of experience in construction management.
  • Superintendent experience highly preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR
