Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize insurance solutions powered by advanced AI agents.
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive roadmap and deliver mission-critical features.
- Build and document best practices and solution templates for rapid deployment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or related roles in high-growth startups or tech companies.
- Proven ability to operate with autonomy in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with AI platforms, insurance technology, or founding team environments.
- experience with Python and AI/ML products highly preferred.
- Strong technical background
