About the role
- This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position.
- The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.
- Source and engage passive candidates using creative and strategic approaches tailored to specialized talent markets.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership across game and business teams to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines, including Art, Design, Engineering, Production, and business functions.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously, ensuring high-quality candidate experience and timely delivery against hiring goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including sourcing, compensation, HR, and recruiting operations to drive hiring outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Support and mentor others on the team through knowledge sharing, interview best practices, and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
- Strong sourcing capability with a track record of engaging passive talent in competitive markets.
- Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for both game development teams and business functions.
- Experience working in-house at a gaming, entertainment, or tech company.
