Responsibilities
- Lead and model safety-first behaviors to achieve zero-injury performance
- Drive operational performance to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Develop and mentor
- Coordinate across shifts and functions to maintain workflow continuity
- Support site and company strategies through disciplined execution
Requirements
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience in shift-based operations
- 1-3 years of people leadership experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, DMAIC)
- To conduct business with H.B. Fuller, a written service agreement must be executed by Human Resources prior to submitting any information relating to a potential candidate.
