Own and manage complex calendars, travel, and scheduling across multiple time zones - without breaking a sweat
Book and manage all travel logistics -flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries- seamlessly
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and communications
Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executives
A natural communicator who can write a crisp email and hold their own in any room

2+ years of experience as an EA or PA, ideally supporting C-suite or senior leadership
