- Pay Range: $140-175K Job Summary The Enterprise PMO Manager will be responsible for standing up a formal PMO (Project Management Office) with an emphasis on governance and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Track project progress, evaluate performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies.
- They will create and manage a portfolio of projects to ensure they collectively support the organization's strategic objectives.

- … PMO Development: As a means of continuous improvement, this role will develop and evolve portfolio management best practices, tools, and reporting to drive efficiency and value realization through a formal PMO discipline.
- Portfolio Management & Governance: Creates and manages portfolio management framework that ensures all projects have completed project charters, dependency plans, financial templates, roadmaps, RACI, governance and risk registers.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, evaluate performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the portfolio budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with standards.

Requirements
- Develop and enforce project management methodologies, governance structures and phase-gate processes as required.

- What You'll Bring… Bachelor's Degree Project Management certification preferred 7+ years leading and supporting multiple and strategic project delivery.
- Intermediate to advanced technical aptitude is required.

Compensation
- $140k-$175k
