About the role

As CTO, you will operate as both a business strategist and technology executive, responsible for scaling our cloud‑native, AI‑enabled Operations IQ platform while ensuring security, reliability, and compliance in highly regulated healthcare environments.

Lead platform architecture decisions and manage ongoing re-platforming initiatives with rigour and pragmatism
Drive adoption of AI tooling and modern product development practices across the engineering organization
Build bench strength: develop internal talent, shape team composition, and establish new ways of working
Maintain business continuity while leading the organization through a meaningful transformation

Strong change management and communication skills.
Has operated at the intersection of product and engineering and understands go-to-market capabilities and architecture requirements.
Strong on AI and modern product development practices.
Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships.
Record of translating customer and market needs into scalable, differentiated products.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information system or information technology or other related discipline. (required)
Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information system or information technology or other related discipline. (preferred)
