About the role

The Residential Services Representative is a key member of the community team and serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and service partners.
Reporting to the Community Manager, this role plays an important part in creating a welcoming, organized, and responsive community environment by delivering exceptional customer service, supporting daily office operations, and assisting residents with a variety of residential services.

Support residents in accessing and using Parkbridge Connect.
Manage community‑specific notices (e.g., BBQs, appreciation events) and monitor community bulletin board postings.
Complete document management tasks, including scanning, uploading, and distributing documents and notices as needed.

Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
knowledge of Yardi is considered an asset.
Manage office inventory, including office supplies and kitchen items, as required.
Prepare and distribute residents' communications as required, including rent receipts, applications to alter, and tenancy‑related documentation.
With over 25 years of experience, Parkbridge professionally manages more than 55 communities and 30 resorts across the country.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A strong passion for excellence in customer service delivery.
Related experience in customer service or front office administration.
