About the role
- This position requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to guide teams within fast-paced private equity environments.
- You will assess the scalability, risks, and value creation potential across multiple technical domains and advise deal teams on technology risks, integration challenges, and strategic opportunities.
- Team Leadership - Mentor and guide consultants to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent engagements. - Foster collaboration and elevate technical rigor within the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology due diligence engagements across private equity transactions.
- Build trusted relationships with private equity stakeholders.
- Partner with leadership to develop new service offerings and improve delivery methodologies.
- Support the firm's growth through process innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and expanding practice capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in at least three of the following five technical domains:
- Experience leading technology due diligence in M&A transactions
