About the role

  • The Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader is empowered to do whatever it takes to create an exceptional and inspiring guest experience in their store.
  • They are responsible for hiring, training, and developing a diverse, passionate team that creates authentic relationships with guests in every interaction.
  • Their demeanor, presence, and passion for the guest experience must be evident and inspiring to the entire team.

Responsibilities

  • Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Recruit, train and develop a team to achieve individual, store, and company goals
  • Foster team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognizing individual contributions
  • Manages the Mission Monday campaign to positively impact your community to enhance people's lives

Requirements

  • Proven record as a successful hospitality leader with a high degree of knowledge in all aspects of leadership including financial results, guest satisfaction and employee relations aspects of the role
  • Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to react instinctively to implementing revenue driven ideas and opportunities
  • Ability to work a varied schedule with a minimum of 40 hours a week including holidays, nights and weekends
  • 1 year Retail or Hospitality Management
  • Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
  • Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests
  • The ability to maintain a beautiful environment using a keen eye for detail, ensuring a pleasing experience and inviting atmosphere
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community and contribute to meaningful causes
  • A well-groomed and stylish appearance is essential, reflecting both personal pride and a commitment to delivering a world-class guest experience at Stand Out For Good Inc.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
